Junk food is taking over, more and more people are going overboard when it comes to junk food.More and More kids and adults are becoming overweight which is not good for your health and could lead to having a stroke, which could potentially kill you.
People eat loads of junk food every day and they don't realize the dangerous it could lead for when you are older. Junk food is usually high in calories. Our bodies do not like to waste energy, therefore, most of the calories you eat are usually stored as fat, causing weight gain. Eating junk food for long periods of time can lead to obesity, heart disease, and other health problems.
New Zealand is one of the worst countries when it comes to obesity problems, We need to fix this and we should be the first to put it into action.We need to get rid of most of the junk food in the cafeteria to stay healthy, We need to keep our fitness going which will help people lose weight.
Obesity is basically the same as smoking, it is slowly killing you.Most of the time when you get into eating habits it is hard to pull out of, If you are struggling you should get your parents to limit your amount of junk food per day to help.
